Will Doctor Shortages Lead to More Litigation?

"Even before the recent changes to Alberta’s regional health authority structure, regions struggled to attract physicians in sufficient numbers to address shortages.

This was especially so in rural areas where general practitioners were trained to provide a wide range
of services beyond what might traditionally be seen as a general practice in an urban setting."
