Jessica is one of our litigation associates practicing out of our Edmonton office. Her practice focuses on regulatory/environmental matters, civil litigation, and insurance.
In addition to her environmental defence work, Jessica maintains a varied and dynamic practice. She assists and represents individuals and corporations from various industries regarding contract and commercial leasing disputes, occupiers’ liability, personal injury and negligence actions. Jessica recognizes that each file is unique, and strives to provide individualized service to meet each of her clients’ needs. She has a successful track record representing both corporations and individuals before the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Provincial Court of Alberta.
Jessica is a member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution and Environmental Law sub-sections and is a Director of U of A’s Student Legal Services.
