Marco serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing a practical and down-to-earth approach to addressing legal matters. He stays focused on the long-term goals of his clients while carefully navigating the various steps along the way.
Marco focuses his practice on corporate commercial securities, financial services, commercial real estate, and insolvency and restructuring. He has experience executing real estate transactions, contract drafting, reviewing and drafting lease agreements, the purchase and sale of businesses, foreclosures, and assisting clients with share transfers and their general business needs. He has appeared before the Provincial Court and the Court of King's Bench.
His breadth of experience gives Marco exceptional insight and perspective into his clients’ options as well as their goals. This enables him to offer clients responsive service and innovative corporate, securities and financing solutions. Working closely with his clients, Marco particularly enjoys learning the ins and outs of different businesses and sharing the enthusiasm that clients have for their work.
Marco has been called to the bar in Alberta, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. In addition to his practice, he is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association.
