Kimberly’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction and insurance litigation. Her previous experience in insurance litigation includes representing clients in property, tort insurance, professional negligence, motor vehicle accident defence, large/complex loss litigation, and subrogated matters. She has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta, and the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia. Since her Call to the Bar in 2017, Kimberly has acquired a great deal of drafting, trial and appellate experience.

Kimberly’s litigation background has allowed her to garner invaluable research and evidence management experience. She possesses a keen interest in litigation technology and is well-informed regarding emerging trends in the industry. Coupled with her exceptional ability to weigh the plausibility of evidence and argument, Kimberly provides remarkable value for her clients and excels at helping them achieve the best possible outcome.
