Anaïs approaches the practice of law with curiosity, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
She maintains a broad litigation practice with experience spanning labour and employment, insurance defence, professional liability, workplace investigations, construction, education, and regulatory matters.
Anaïs works with organizations across a variety of industries, including major national employers and airlines, to develop practical and effective solutions to complex legal challenges. She assists clients with a wide range of disputes and workplace issues, including grievance and interest arbitration, human rights complaints, debt collection proceedings, and insurance defence litigation.
Anaïs has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal, as well as in grievance and interest arbitration proceedings. Her experience across multiple forums has strengthened her oral advocacy skills and her ability to adapt her approach to the unique needs of each matter.
Beyond her legal work, Anaïs serves as a Director of the Ottawa 2027 World Debating Championships Association.
She is fluent in French and Spanish.
