She is an experienced employment litigator who excels at safeguarding the rights of employees as well as ensuring proper policies and procedures are in place for her employer-side clients. By finding creative solutions to everyday problems, she helps her clients achieve efficient solutions that appropriately manage their legal risks.

Ania is a courtroom veteran who has appeared before Masters and Justices of the Court of King's Bench, British Columbia Provincial Court, and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She is also experienced in resolving issues using alternative dispute resolution methods including mediation, settlement conferences, and arbitration.
