Claudia Sanchez

Claudia is a student-at-law in the McLennan Ross Edmonton office.

Claudia earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta and graduated with distinction from the Legal Assistant Program at Grant MacEwan University. She previously earned a Bachelor of Communication and Public Relations from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara in Romania.

Claudia’s professional experience includes several years as a Corporate Paralegal at McLennan Ross. In her capacity as Corporate Paralegal, she assisted lawyers in the preparation of documentation for incorporations, amendments, restatements, continuances, extra-provincial registrations, amalgamations and dissolutions of corporations, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and/or unlimited liability corporations. She also has experience as a Tax Paralegal, working with lawyers to prepare all documents required to form corporations (both business and not-for-profit corporations), partnerships, limited liability partnerships and unlimited liability corporations.

An engaged community member, Claudia’s previous volunteer experience includes working with organizations such as Hope Mission, Catholic Social Services of Alberta, and Edmonton Immigrant Services Association.

In her spare time, Claudia has taken part in the Balada Romanian Folk Dance Ensemble. She is also fluent in Romanian.
