Colten is a member of our Insurance Defense group, specializing in Insurance Litigation. He is experienced in working with insurance companies to resolve complex coverage disputes arising from various types of insurance policies and relationships. Colten provides sound advice and counsel at the outset of a dispute or before a dispute arises, however when the best resolution for his clients is through the litigation process, he advocates fiercely and with resolve.
Colten handles each matter with the highest degree of care and dedication. His objective is to become a trusted advisor who clients can depend upon now and in the future.
Colten regularly donates his time and legal acumen to the Edmonton Community Legal Centre. He is a member of the Insurance Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association - Alberta Branch.
