If research is the backbone of the practice of law, Dolores is the backbone of McLennan Ross. As the Manager of Library Services & Knowledge Management, she has created user-friendly resources for our team, allowing them to find what they need quickly. She has diversified and added significantly to the resources available and made the library an invaluable service.

Dolores oversees the management and organization of, as well as facilitates access to, internal and external information sources. She is a highly trained researcher who is able to efficiently find, categorize, analyze, and teach others how to find the information they need to do their jobs.

Known for her integrity, Dolores has been with McLennan Ross for over 15 years. Prior to joining McLennan Ross, she worked in the non-profit world for 17 years where she developed a keen ability to perform a careful analysis of costs with a particular focus on the value to clients. 

Dolores holds a Master of Library Science from the University of Alberta. She is an active participant with the Canadian Association of Law Libraries and previously chaired the Scholarships & Awards Committee. An engaged community member, she regularly volunteers with Hope Mission.
