Bio
Jared is a student-at-Law in our Edmonton office.
Jared earned his Juris Doctor with Distinction at the University of Saskatchewan College of Law, Saskatoon. He previously earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honours) in Marketing from MacEwan University. In addition, Jared was a recipient of the Education Abroad Bursary.
In law school, Jared worked as a student researcher with Pro Bono Students Canada, where he built a large constitutional challenge targeting provincial legislation in Saskatchewan. He further developed his public speaking and organization skills by participating in educational speaking engagements and organizing and hosting social events.
As an active community member, Jared has volunteered with the City of Edmonton to launch a local charity outreach program through marketing analysis.
Jared authored a book entitled “Our Stories – Fighting Mental Illness”, which was published July 2017 by the Antarctic Institute of Canada.
When Jared is not in the office, he spends time thrift shopping, drinking craft beer, riding electric scooters, and watching old movies. He also enjoys travelling and climbing mountains.
