Within the labour and employment group, Joelle advises clients across various sectors on both disputed and undisputed employment law issues. She also offers comprehensive analysis and support in relation to matters involving educational institutions, teachers, and teachers’ associations.

Joelle’s insurance and commercial experience includes a wide range of insurance cases, with particular interest in personal injury and construction. Furthermore, she regularly assists on matters in the Court of King’s Bench and has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice.

Joelle is an engaged community member and dedicates her time as a RunUphill Trail ambassador and Forensic Youth Mentor for Alberta Health Services. She speaks fluent French, Spanish, Mandarin, and Dutch.
