Pragmatic and responsive in her legal approach, Kate is a diligent and thoughtful advocate who values clarity, collaboration, and results.
Her practice focuses on labour and employment law, with growing experience in mediation, arbitration, and legal drafting. She has appeared before both the Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice, representing clients in a range of employment-related matters.
She holds a Juris Doctor from Thomson Rivers University and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Calgary and the University of British Columbia.
Kate has worked on human rights and wrongful dismissal claims, labour grievances, and is continuing to expand her practice in these areas.
