Client-focused and collaborative in his legal approach, Luke is a thoughtful and detail-oriented advocate who values efficiency, clarity, and fairness.
His practice focuses on general commercial litigation, with areas of interest including insurance defence, construction law, employment law, and human rights law. He has appeared before both the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench, representing clients across a range of legal needs.
Luke earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta, where he also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History with distinction.
He assists clients with a variety of legal matters, including researching complex areas of the law, supporting large commercial and construction litigation files, wrongful dismissals, and human rights defence.
