Marco is a corporate lawyer practicing in Alberta with a focus on corporate and commercial matters. He is also a member of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories and the Law Society of Nunavut where he maintains an extensive Northern practice supporting clients across both territories.
Marco maintains a broad and versatile practice, advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. As a corporate lawyer, he enjoys a wide variety of transactional work and getting deals done from start to finish, including every stage in between. His experience includes business start-ups, corporate structuring and reorganizations, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial leasing, commercial and residential real estate transactions, secured lending, and the negotiation of procurement and commercial contracts. He regularly works with financial institutions in various aspects of their lending and leasing operations.
