Natasha maintains a broad commercial litigation practice, with a focus on labour and employment matters, estate administration and litigation, and real estate disputes. She has experience resolving matters for clients both in and out of court. Natasha has appeared before various levels of courts and regulatory bodies in Canada and has successfully guided clients through alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation.
Natasha earned her J.D. from Bond University in Australia, after which she practiced as a solicitor with a focus on real estate. She draws on this experience to inform her real estate litigation practice, which includes contractual, leasing, and restrictive covenant disputes.
