Petrina’s practice focuses on insurance defence litigation. She has spent much of her career on the other side of the litigation table, representing plaintiffs in personal injury claims. Petrina draws on that experience to offer insurance companies insightful and strategic representation regarding a variety of matters, through all phases of litigation. Her unique understanding of the Plaintiff’s decision making process allows her to resolve disputes effectively and efficiently.

An accomplished litigator, Petrina has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta and has served as counsel in a number of adversarial court applications. Committed to conserving her clients' resources, Petrina’s focus is on preventing claims from arising where possible, but tenaciously pursuing favourable results in court, when necessary.
