The Plaintiff (represented by McLennan Ross) alleged that the Defendants had breached their obligations to the Plaintiff with respect to the purchase of a property under the terms of a Letter of Intent. In this case, the Defendant did not provide the agreed upon payment, which was clearly outlined in the Letter of Intent, resulting in the discharge all of the Defendant’s claims to the property.
