The Plaintiff claimed over $1 million for injuries resulting from five relatively minor car crashes. The Court did not accept the evidence of the Plaintiff and completely dismissed any claim for damages for three of the five accidents, awarding less than $12,000 for the remaining two accidents. The Alberta Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Trial Judge.
