In the trial of this action, the Court concluded that the Defendants had conspired to deprive the Plaintiff, the Bankruptcy Trustee in Klapstein's bankruptcy, of money owing to Klapstein which should have been paid to the Plaintiff. The Court determined that the Trustee is responsible for one Bill of party-party costs for the Ferrys, represented by Steve Livingstone all grossed up by 30 percent.
