Hussein v Gallinger, 2014 ABQB 121

The Plaintiff claims she suffered personal injuries in a motor vehicle collision caused by the Defendant. Counsel for the Defendant, Robert Muller, learned the Plaintiff had been involved in at least three other injury accidents, and that such documentation had been destroyed by the Plaintiff. The Court directed the Plaintiff to use her best efforts to obtain the records in the earlier lawsuits from previously opposing counsel and to revise her Affidavit to reflect as such.
