Josie has a developing practice in labour and employment law. She advises employers on a range general labour and employment but also an interest in wrongful dismissals, human rights, workplace investigations, and labour relations.

Before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from Queen’s University.

Josie has appeared at the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of Kings Bench.

Before entering private practice, Josie gained experience in legal research and regulatory development through roles with the Canadian Institute of Resources Law and Environment and Climate Change Canada.
