Bio
Josie Britton is a student-at-law in our Calgary office.
Josie obtained her Juris Doctor through the University of Calgary. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology from Queen’s University where she made the Dean’s Honours List twice.
Josie’s professional experience includes working as a summer student at the Canadian Institute of Resources Law at the University of Calgary. During law school, Josie took part in the Alberta Court of Appeal Moot. Josie also served at Pro Bono Students Canada at the University of Calgary, giving back to the youth communities of Alberta through the Canadian Bar Association My Justice Skills Project. Prior to law school, Josie worked as a Physical Science Officer and Junior Regulatory Development Officer with Environment and Climate Change Canada.
In her spare time, Josie enjoys downhill skiing, hiking, and travelling. She is also an avid sports fan, following Formula 1 racing, the Calgary Flames and football.
