In addition to his insurance practice, Peter has significant experience defending provincial regulators in claims and advising clients across a range of litigation matters within the financial sector. He is a skilled and effective negotiator, known for his practical and strategic approach to resolving complex disputes. Peter has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, where he regularly represents clients in sophisticated commercial and insurance litigation, and he has further contributed as second chair in a matter before the Supreme Court of Canada. His advocacy experience, combined with his ability to navigate high‑stakes regulatory and financial disputes, allows him to provide measured and effective representation for his clients.
