Telehealth: A Right or a Privilege in Alberta?

However, the ability to transmit data, provide disgnosis and treatment and provide other clinical srvices via electronic media and has also given rise to a host of regulatory issues. The recent regional reform in Alberta has added a new layer onto those issues."
