Beyond the Rainbow: Meaningful Allyship in the Workplace

On Tuesday, August 31, our virtual panel discussed the tangible ways in which individuals can be meaningful allies in the workplace, making organizations more diverse, fair, and inclusive.

In support of Calgary Pride Week, our powerful panel of speakers shared their experiences as collaborators in the fight against injustice as well as the steps they’ve taken to promote equity in the workplace through supportive personal relationships and public acts of sponsorship and advocacy. 

This panel was for anyone who endeavours to drive systemic improvements to workplace policies, practices, and culture. A silent auction was be held during the presentation, with all proceeds benefiting Calgary Pride.
