Issues Arising from Working from Home

Throughout 2020 and 2021, many employers transitioned their employees to working from home in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. This change in the traditional workplace modified existing and created new obligations for employers. It was crucial that these obligations and employer best practices be discussed to assist employers in adjusting to both temporary and permanent work from home arrangements.
