Congratulations Vicki Giles, 21st President of CACE
McLennan Ross is proud to share that one of our partners, Vicki Giles, has been named the 21st President of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE) — a national organization representing labour and employment lawyers who act on behalf of management.
CACE plays a vital role in shaping labour and employment law in Canada through public advocacy, advancing the perspectives of employers, and offering high-quality professional development opportunities. Since its founding in 2004, McLennan Ross has been closely involved with the organization, with many of our lawyers contributing to its growth and success.
Vicki is the second member of our firm to serve as President, following Dave Ross, K.C., who was CACE’s inaugural President. Her appointment reflects not only her legal acumen but also her collaborative leadership style and dedication to the profession. Her depth of experience in employment law, human rights, privacy, labour, and administrative law make her an outstanding choice for this role. We congratulate Vicki on this well-deserved honour and look forward to supporting her presidency. This is a meaningful milestone for Vicki and a proud moment for McLennan Ross.
