Fred Fenwick Awarded Master of Laws Degree

McLennan Ross is pleased to announce that Fred Fenwick, Q.C. has been awarded a Masters in (Family) Law by Osgoode Hall at York University. The LL.M encompasses all aspects of family law including the division of family financial and corporate assets, child and spousal support, and child custody and access.
 
Fred is senior counsel at McLennan Ross where he has a trial law practice including personal services issues of estate and family litigation, the division of family assets and corporate and shareholders issues. Fred received his King's Counsel designation in 2006 and has been three times elected a Bencher of the Law Society of Alberta where he now sets on the Executive Committee.
