McLennan Ross Welcomes Three New Associates in Calgary

On Tuesday, August 6, McLennan Ross LLP welcomed three new associates to the firm in our Calgary office.

We are pleased to have Jodi Neuman, Erina Sato, and BethWarcholak join the firm.

Jodi Neuman was called to the bar in 2017 and has since worked for a local law firm, where she also completed her articles. In that time, Jodi has developed strong professional skills in insurance defence and condominium law as well as contractual disputes. She also has a number of years of experience working with Pro Bono Students Canada, Civil Claims Duty Counsel and Emergency Protections Orders Project.

Erina Sato completed her articles in a local Calgary firm where she was able to hone her legal research and writing skills while developing professional competence. She has had experience appearing in morning chambers, participated in hearings and has written a score of memoranda on a diversity of topics. Erina was also the counsel of record in a binding JDR and has had experience successfully settling a number of her own files. In addition, Erina has drafted countless pleadings and made applications for civil litigation matters in provincial court as well as the King's Bench of Alberta.

Beth Warcholak completed her articles at a local Calgary law firm where she gained a breadth of experience in a variety of areas. She completed law school at the University of Alberta and received her Juris Doctor in April of 2018. Beth has experience in matters throughout a broad range of litigation areas including construction, personal injury, employment and  intellectual property. She has successfully represented clients in mediations, appointments for review of lawyers’ charges, negotiations, and an arbitration.

We look forward to working with Jodi, Erina, and Beth.
