Keshav takes a proactive approach to addressing his clients' legal matters.
His primary objectives are to advocate unwaveringly yet strategically, to be considerate of both the legal and economic strengths and weaknesses of a case, and to provide a thorough assessment on how to achieve a just result.
Keshav’s principal area of practice is labour and employment. He regularly advises clients with respect to various types of labour, employment, and human rights-related matters.
Keshav earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta. He previously earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta, graduating with Distinction.
Keshav’s professional experience includes articling at McLennan Ross, working as a 1L Summer Student at McLennan Ross, and also working as a 2L Summer Student at PCL Construction.
An engaged community member, Keshav’s volunteer experience includes working with Student Legal Services, the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation Youth Action Committee, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and the University of Alberta Hospital.
