Please join McLennan Ross for the 2025 Education Law Year in Review presented by Teresa Haykowsky, K.C., David Risling, K.C., James Lingwood, Kurt Soderstrom, and Graem White at the Courtyard Edmonton West in Edmonton.
This hybrid session will address the most significant cases in the K-12 education sector affecting school boards, trustees, board chairs, teachers, support staff, and students in the areas of labour and employment law, arbitral law, human rights, privacy, special education, school board governance and trustee conduct, and student-related issues.
This 3-hour professional development session will focus on the practical implications of the case law rendered in 2025 and the day-to-day impact on school authorities in 2026.
This session is intended for board chairs, school trustees, superintendents, secretary treasurers, and system leaders.
